We use this data to create and manage bookings, verify payments, send notifications, generate PDF documents, support customers, prevent fraud, improve performance, and comply with legal and accounting requirements. We do not store raw card data and we do not expose internal margins or internal customer categories to customers. We may share limited data with travel, payment, storage, or notification providers when necessary to provide the service. Internal access is permission-based and sensitive actions are recorded in audit logs. You may request correction of your data or ask questions about processing through official contact channels. Some records may be retained as required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, and dispute purposes.
