By using Somatra Voyages websites or applications, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when searching, booking, or paying. This includes names as shown on travel documents, contact details, traveler or guest information, and any information required by the airline, hotel, or service provider. Travel prices and availability may change quickly based on seats, taxes, fees, supplier rules, and exchange rates. A booking is not confirmed until payment is completed or manual payment is reviewed, price and availability are rechecked, and the supplier booking is successfully created when required. You must not misuse the platform, bypass security controls, submit false information, use a payment method you are not authorized to use, or access the console or data not intended for you. Somatra may reject or cancel requests that violate these terms or applicable law. Verification links, PDF documents, notifications, and payment instructions do not replace the airline, hotel, or payment provider terms. If there is a conflict, mandatory supplier terms and applicable law prevail.
