Somatra displays the final customer price in the available currency, including MRU, USD, or EUR depending on configuration and payment provider support. If a provider does not support a currency, payment may be collected in an alternative currency with clear notice before payment. Manual payment methods such as Bankily, Masrifi, or cash are reviewed before supplier confirmation. Customers may be required to upload clear proof of payment. Uploading proof alone is not final confirmation until an authorized staff member approves it and the payment status is updated. Electronic payments, when enabled, rely on payment provider webhooks and not only on browser redirects. Some payments may remain processing or require additional verification. If price or availability changes after payment and before supplier booking, Somatra may absorb a limited difference under its internal policy, request customer approval, or initiate a refund workflow depending on the payment method and applicable rules.
