We only describe a document as an electronic ticket when real ticket issuance data is available from the airline, supplier, or authorized consolidator. The platform is built around operational transparency: customers see the final price, booking status, and payment status. Internal supplier data, pricing margins, internal categories, and integration logs are restricted to authorized Somatra staff.
