Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are first subject to the airline, hotel, or supplier terms. Some fares are non-refundable, while others allow changes or cancellation with fees depending on travel date, cabin, hotel, or offer type. Requests must be submitted through official Somatra channels with the booking reference and verification details. Processing cannot be guaranteed until the supplier confirms acceptance, fees, and any refundable amount. When a refund is approved, supplier fees, payment fees, exchange differences, or disclosed operational costs may be deducted. Refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible or through an agreed alternative method. Somatra does not promise refunds or cancellations that conflict with supplier rules or applicable law. Any administrative exception requires internal permission, accounting records, and audit logs.
