Is the price final? The customer-facing price is final at the time it is displayed, but it remains subject to availability and verification before final supplier confirmation. Can I book without an account? Yes. A guest can create a booking request and follow it using the booking reference and secure verification. Does a PDF always mean an electronic ticket? No. Without a real ticket number from the supplier, the document is a booking confirmation or itinerary, not a final electronic ticket. When is manual payment confirmed? After proof is uploaded and approved by an authorized staff member. Final supplier booking is created only according to approved policy and configuration. Why can prices change? Flight and hotel prices change based on availability, demand, taxes, exchange rates, and supplier rules.
